About the Job

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and experience for our corporate clients at Marathon Health.

As a key member of our healthcare team, the LPN works closely with a concierge physician to deliver high-quality services, ensuring seamless care and satisfaction for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the physician in clinical and administrative functions, including front and back-office duties.
  • Assess patients, report findings to the physician, and record patient assessments into an Electronic Medical Record.
  • Perform venipuncture, basic laboratory tests, and assist with medical procedures.
  • Utilize diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment, maintain exam rooms, and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Coordinate specialist visits, referrals, and other care outside of the clinic, and respond to patient calls and messages as delegated by the physician.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required, plus graduation from a formal training program and 2+ years' experience as an LPN, preferably in primary care.
  • Current BLS certification and nursing license to practice in the state for which you are applying.
  • Ability to give injections, complete EKGs, and perform other office-based procedures.
  • Exceptional phlebotomy skills and a passion for transforming healthcare delivery.
