Core Responsibilities:

As a Process Engineer, you will:

  • Assess and oversee the performance of current refinery facilities by utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal operability, profitability, reliability, and safety of processes.
  • Prepare quarterly performance benchmarking reports that detail KPIs, analyses, and recommendations for performance enhancements.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for manufacturing issues as they arise.
  • Contribute to product quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Evaluate operational activities and establish production schedules.
  • Conduct optimization analyses, forecasts, and economic assessments related to equipment, projects, and operational strategies.
  • Investigate methods to minimize production costs, set production objectives, and develop task schedules and plans.
  • Innovate systems improvements while managing costs, ensuring timely completion of work, and resolving any equipment or process-related issues.
