Position Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care while ensuring a compassionate and respectful atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering quality nursing assistance to residents, upholding their rights and dignity.
  • Providing personalized care that promotes the highest possible physical, mental, and emotional well-being of each resident.
  • Collaborating with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs.
  • Assisting residents with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, and mobility while ensuring their comfort and privacy.
  • Monitoring residents for any changes in condition and promptly reporting findings to nursing personnel.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, addressing any concerns regarding resident safety.
  • Engaging with residents and their families to foster a supportive and communicative atmosphere.
  • Documenting care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course.
  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification in the practicing state or eligibility to obtain.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in various situations.
  • Understanding of resident rights and commitment to providing a safe and dignified environment.
