Overview
This position plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer who interacts with our store.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude, standing for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately.
- Cart and Janitorial: Ensure customers have a great first and last impression by gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts inside the store, and cleaning restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed.
- Teamwork: Be available to assist associates across the store as needed.
Benefits
This role offers competitive pay, performance-based incentive awards, and other great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Additional Compensation
Hourly wage range is $14.00 to $26.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
