Rotc Instructor

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and experience. As a Rotc Instructor - Certified, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a military-based program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students and align with the program's goals.
• Provide instruction and guidance to students in areas such as leadership, teamwork, and communication.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
• Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.

Requirements

• Twenty or more years of military service as a commissioned officer.
• Officially retired from the United States military.
• Certification as a JROTC instructor by the respective service required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.

Working Conditions

This role requires regular contact with military personnel for training purposes.

Physical Demands
