Job Title: Data Integration Specialist - Peoplesoft to Workday

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist to join our team at PRIMUS Global Services, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating data from Peoplesoft to Workday in our data warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand data structures in Peoplesoft and map them to Workday's data model.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align data migration efforts with business goals and reporting needs.
  • Implementing data pipelines using IICS to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Workday.
  • Develop and optimize API calls to interact with Workday.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse.
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting for data manipulation and transformation.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Peoplesoft to Workday transitions throughout their career.
  • Experience working in a DWH environment and ability to pull data from Workday to replace Peoplesoft.
  • Understanding of Peoplesoft and ability to make a mapping document of Peoplesoft tables.
  • Need to have Peoplesoft to Workday experience.
  • Could have other tool experience when it comes to ETL.
