Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with each customer, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience.
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate customers on our products, promoting our brand and values.
• Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise, driving sales and revenue growth.
• Solicit orders, enter sales, and process payments in a timely and friendly manner, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage cash drawers, following established cash handling procedures, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines, identifying drinks upon delivery and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Sign waivers outside of the store when scheduled to assist with promotions and drive customer traffic.
• Line-bust outside of the store when scheduled to assist with speed of service, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas, promoting a positive and healthy work environment.
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer, building loyalty and driving repeat business.

• Standing on feet for extended periods, requiring stamina and endurance.
• Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching, necessitating flexibility and dexterity.
• Lifting up to 50lbs, requiring strength and physical ability.
• Wearing a headset, necessitating good hearing and communication skills.
• Working in a small space, requiring adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to climb ladders and step ladders, necessitating physical ability and dexterity.
• Ability to stand in an upright position without walking more than three consecutive steps occasionally, requiring stamina and endurance.
