About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by the physician
- Conducting initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations, developing plans of care, and submitting accurate documentation
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care
- Ensuring patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
