Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Ventura Foods. As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, apparatus, and equipment in our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, using test equipment and hand tools.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance activities on electrical panels and maintain records of equipment programs.
  • Assist in the preparation of equipment and systems for trades units and contractors.
  • Responsible for following all food safety policies, procedures, and regulatory criteria.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Electronics, Electronic Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery.
  • Working knowledge of Ladder Logic, electronic and electrical concepts, and operating safety.
  • Knowledge of current national electrical code.
