Responsibilities- Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages
- Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the medical team
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of California
- Experience in emergency medicine or urgent care preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $100 to $120 per hour, depending on experience
