Cushman & Wakefield Inc is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Technician to join our team. As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical components and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical components and equipment, including lighting, electrical protective devices, motors, inverters, soft starts, and wye-delta systems.
  • Utilize industrial powered vehicles, such as forklifts and aerial lifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform calibration and documentation of functions pertaining to flow measurement, level measurement, pressure, temperature, and analytical instrumentation.
  • Troubleshoot process control loops using key elements and specialized testing equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
  • Communicate with all team members to assist in the development of short- and long-range planning in support of the company's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain personal tools required for the job, including an up-to-date documented personal tool list.
  • Meet physical requirements of the job, which will be provided prior to employment.
  • Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Accurately and timely complete administrative duties, including time accounting and work order completion.
  • Maintain positive customer and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
  • Electronics or Industrial Electricity preferred, but not required. Ability to obtain State Journeyman Electrical License upon meeting state required qualifications; ability to obtain ISA's CCST Level 1 Certification.
  • 0-2 years of mechanical experience and/or 1-2 years of education in Electronics or Industrial Electricity preferred.
