HELOC Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HELOC Coordinator to join our team at Spectra Credit Union. As a HELOC Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in originating home equity loans with exceptional accuracy and providing superior service to our members.

• Assist clients with HELOC applications, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
• Review and verify application documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with loan officers and underwriters to facilitate timely processing and approval of HELOC applications.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on application status.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all HELOC transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.

• Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
• A two-year degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
• Active Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS#).
