We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at BlueBonnet Rehab at Ennis. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Review 24-hour reports with the charge nurse and complete assignments for the shift
- Conduct narcotic counts and room rounds with the off-going nurse, ensuring documentation is completed
- Administer medications, G-tubes, PPIs, Coumadin, PRN medications, Nebulizer treatments, and skin treatments as scheduled
- Complete monthly summaries, skin assessments, and MDS charting for residents
- Document ADLs and meal intake, ensure shower sheets are turned in, and complete incident reports if necessary
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
