About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Front End Supervisor to join our team at Burlington Stores. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising all store functions and associates, maximizing sales results, and promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train direct reports to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store operations
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including asset protection and safety protocols
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a positive and engaging attitude
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Ability to move, handle, and lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods
