Position Overview

The Key Holder role is essential in achieving our sales objectives through the effective management of store operations and customer interactions. This position involves taking on leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor team members to enhance their selling capabilities.
  • Serve as the acting manager during scheduled shifts, addressing customer service needs and operational tasks.
  • Consistently meet or surpass financial, operational, and visual merchandising goals.
  • Drive sales through the development of strong client relationships.
  • Assist in the overall management of retail store operations.
  • Foster a collaborative and trustworthy environment among colleagues, customers, and management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year in retail sales management or customer service, or two years in a leadership role within a sales or office environment.
  • Experience in a branded retail setting.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate various projects.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with diverse teams.
  • Understanding of business metrics and performance indicators.
