Family Medicine Physician Clinical Faculty

We are seeking a board-certified family physician to join our multidisciplinary faculty in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the University of Utah.

About the Position

This is a 0.85 FTE clinical care position with opportunities for teaching family medicine residents, medical students, and other health science trainees. We practice in a team-based care model, with behavioral health specialists, care managers, clinical pharmacists, dieticians, and others as part of our primary care team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients
  • Teach and mentor family medicine residents, medical students, and other health science trainees
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs and curricula
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects
Qualifications
  • Board certification by The American Board of Family Medicine
  • Unrestricted Utah state medical license
  • Experience in clinical medicine, teaching, and scholarship is preferred
