We are searching for a dedicated Home Care Specialist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health at Home. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients and their families to develop and implement effective communication strategies.

About the Position:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' communication needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create tailored treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing support and education to patients and their loved ones

Our Benefits:

  • A rewarding salary range of $35.29 - $56.46 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA certification
  • At least one year of experience in a clinical setting
