Dietetics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietician to join our team at Upstate Caring Partners. As a key member of our direct-care services and programs, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with diverse abilities and their families.

• Evaluate and assess program participants to determine their nutritional needs and develop effective diet plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and verify nutrition orders, ensuring accurate meal planning.
• Provide educational sessions for program participants and team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to program regulations.
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive recipe book that caters to the dietary needs of program participants.
• Foster effective communication with healthcare professionals regarding IPPs and IEPs.
• Support departmental maintenance and supplies to ensure a seamless operational environment.
• Engage in treatment team activities, such as meetings, trainings, and committees, to contribute to the overall care and well-being of program participants.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $66,600 annually, along with a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan 403(b), life insurance, and generous paid time off.
