Job Description
As a Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist at Williamson Health, you will play a vital role in coordinating, implementing, and planning nursing care for patients across various settings. Your expertise will be valued as you work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, and evaluating treatment outcomes. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to staff members, promoting professional growth and development within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Earned a nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution
* Licensed in the State of Tennessee
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
* ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
* Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
