Job Summary: As a Residential Roofing Specialist at Asbury Home Improvements, you will be responsible for promoting our range of residential roofing products and services to homeowners in the Sugarcreek area. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be working closely with customers to understand their roofing needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for conducting detailed roof assessments and inspections, presenting our products and services, negotiating pricing and contracts, and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek out new sales leads through referrals, door knocking, and networking.
  • Develop strong relationships with homeowners and provide tailored solutions to their roofing needs.
  • Conduct detailed roof assessments and inspections to accurately estimate repairs or replacements.
  • Present our range of residential roofing products and services, highlighting their quality and value.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with homeowners, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, maintaining proactive communication with customers.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the residential roofing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and materials, or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with homeowners.
  • Proficiency in conducting roof assessments and estimating repairs or replacements.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
