Job Title: NICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Next Move Healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in unit-based councils and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least two years of RN experience in the NICU, level III or higher.
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • License/Certification:
  • RN- Registered Nurse.
  • BLS- Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire).
  • NRP- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (required within 30 days of hire).
