Job Summary: Renhill Staffing Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join our team. As a Custodial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in various downtown Toledo locations.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to prioritize work effectively
