We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our aquatic facilities throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pool activities and guarantee the safety of all patrons in assigned areas.
  • Act swiftly and effectively in emergencies, including executing water rescues and providing first aid as needed.
  • Enforce pool regulations diplomatically to maintain a secure and pleasant atmosphere.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and facilities, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to remain updated on safety and rescue practices.
  • Communicate efficiently with colleagues and management to foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or equivalent.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED Certifications.
  • Proficient swimmer with excellent physical condition.
  • Ability to stay composed and respond promptly in emergency situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Availability for early morning shifts, beginning at 4:30 AM - 7 AM or 12 PM. No evening or weekend shifts. Hours can be adjusted for the right candidate.
