Key Responsibilities
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms
  • Gather and empty trash
  • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them

  • Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties

  • Mow and trim lawns and shrubbery
  • Operate security systems
Requirements
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Six months to one-year related experience
  • Computer skills: Ability to use email systems, word processing, and spreadsheet software
  • Ability to encourage change and innovative ideas within the organization
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues
  • Diversity oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively with people regardless of their background

Work Environment

This position requires occasional exposure to mechanical and electrical hazards, extreme temperatures, and humidity. The job requires constant standing, walking, and lifting or carrying ten pounds or less. Frequent bending, squatting, and kneeling throughout the workday.
