About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at o9 Solutions. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven planning solutions for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on leading the entire project lifecycle, from design to delivery, for customers across industries and geographies. You will work closely with our internal research and development teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in the customer environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end solution delivery, analysis, and interpretation of data to assist the customer in rapid decision making and optimizing their planning process.
  • Leading the technical design documentation for client projects based on signed-off business requirements.
  • Overseeing tool configuration in the o9 platform per design to solve deep operations/supply chain problems and implement rigorous performance monitoring systems.
  • Collaborating with architects and directors to create clear functional and technical designs, document data requirements, and build complex datasets.
  • Analyzing, manipulating, and interpreting large enterprise data using mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations, and providing business insights and data visualization to client management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree +4 or Bachelor Degree with 6 year experience required.
  • Degrees in the following fields: Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including Supply Chain Engineering) with a concentration in operations or analytics.
  • Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics organization.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Demand Planning, S&OP, IBP, Assortment Planning, Order Fulfillment, Allocation Planning, Supply Planning.
  • Experience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner.
  • Prior experience in planning systems, and exposure to ERP tools.
  • Firsthand experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization.
  • Experience using agile methodology to deliver large-scale enterprise implementations.
