Hotel Mixologist

Tribal INC is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in a brand-new hotel concept, Compass by Margaritaville. • Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Age Verification: Verify guest ages for alcohol service.
• Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner.
• Rapport Building: Build rapport with guests and exceed service expectations.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle guest complaints effectively and promptly.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Staff Training: Assist in training new staff members.

• Experience: 1-3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
• Cocktail Knowledge: Knowledge of mixed cocktails and frozen drinks.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Work Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: Health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness certification.

Physical Requirements: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry objects. Good hearing and vision capabilities.
