  • Experience in setting up and operating Tig and Mig welding machinery
  • Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
  • Skilled in inspecting and performing quality assessments on completed work
  • Physical capability to fulfill job responsibilities, including lifting and moving objects
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills and efficiency in work

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Prepare workstations for daily production tasks
  • Operate various tools, including welding, hand, and pneumatic equipment
  • Meet or exceed daily production goals
  • Maintain adherence to quality production standards
  • Transport materials to and from workstations and machinery as needed
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Work overtime as necessary
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
