  • No prior experience required
  • Preferred candidates should have a background in program development
  • Educational Requirement: Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Registered Nurse license in Georgia or Multi-State
    • Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
    • Certification from the National Certification Corporation
    • NRP Certification
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Expertise in neonatal physical assessments
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee patient care within a collaborative practice framework
    • Deliver culturally competent care in line with established regulations
    • Evaluate, plan, implement, and assess neonatal patient care
    • Serve as an educational resource for families, patients, and healthcare professionals
    • Engage in program development and execution
    • Conduct research aimed at improving patient outcomes
    • Stay informed on professional advancements and standards
    • Adhere to hospital policies and regulations
