Banking Associate

This position will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in accordance with Peoples Bank policies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to open deposit accounts, process transactions, sell bank products and services, and assist customers in a fast-paced banking environment.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Open deposit accounts and process transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Sell bank products and services to clients, including loans and credit cards
• Assist customers with their banking needs, including answering questions and resolving issues
• Work effectively in a team environment to achieve business objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
