Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Lab Technician to support the production and quality assurance of our NGS-library preparation products. This hands-on role requires in-person engagement and is responsible for product creation, quality testing, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate project objectives, ideas, and outcomes while continuously seeking improvements in quality.
- Work closely with the Manufacturing Lab Manager to ensure alignment and reporting.
Product Manufacturing Duties:
- Collaborate with management to develop a feasible weekly/monthly production schedule and ensure adherence to it.
- Manufacture and package products in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Prepare reagents, labels, and packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate build records, quality control documentation, and update relevant spreadsheets.
- Conduct quality control on products and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage product inventory effectively.
Shipping and Logistics Responsibilities:
- Prepare product shipments professionally for end customers.
- Handle domestic and international shipping logistics.
- Coordinate with carriers for shipment management and release.
