Job Overview

At SilverCrest, we are seeking a reliable and caring Bus Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents during transportation, while adhering to all established state laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport residents to and from destinations in a safe and timely manner
  • Assist residents on and off the bus, as well as at their destinations
  • Collaborate with our Programming staff to facilitate outings and activities
  • Oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the community's bus
  • Record all maintenance records for future reference

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • CDL license is required
  • Minimum of 6 months experience driving a commercial vehicle with passengers

What We Offer:

  • A part-time schedule with no weekends or holidays required
  • A competitive starting wage of $18.50/hour
  • Credit for experience will be given
