We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team at Tri City Healthcare District. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality surgical services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote health and wellness.
- Assist in the supervision of other staff members, students, and volunteers to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
- Current California RN License
- One year of inpatient or operating room experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to circulate a variety of specialties, including neuro, spine, HEENT, general, GYN, vascular, thoracic, minimally invasive, robotic, and orthopedics
- Scrub experience strongly preferred
- ACLS certification within 3 months of hire
