POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a talented Stylist with a background in lash services, who enjoys engaging with clients. The perfect candidate should be capable of working independently, prioritize safety during eyelash application, and demonstrate motivation, friendliness, and accountability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and inform clients about lash maintenance
  • Market and sell aftercare products and membership options
  • Perform professional eyelash extension applications
  • Engage in client referral initiatives to grow the customer base
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid certification in Cosmetology, Lash, or Esthetics
  • Previous experience in lash services is advantageous
  • Client-focused mindset
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to self-improvement
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
