Job Summary
Sell concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events in a friendly and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell concessions to customers at events.
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner.
- Perform sales transactions and enter sales into the cash register.
- Make change, accept payment, and issue receipts to customers.
- Replenish condiments and supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the concession area.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
