Operations Director

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director - Food Service to join our team at Twistee Treat.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our General Managers in running a profitable business, focusing on key areas such as controlling food waste, supply costs, labor, cleanliness, and retaining top talent. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Labor Management: Ensure accurate labor reporting, with a focus on minimizing costs while maintaining high-quality service.
• Cash Handling: Implement robust cash handling procedures to prevent losses and ensure accurate deposit reporting.
• Cost of Sales: Develop and maintain effective strategies to minimize food waste, optimize inventory levels, and reduce waste disposal costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
