Key Responsibilities- Screening, assessments, and ongoing service coordination according to agency standards.
- Complete reports of assessments, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
- Maintain appropriate communication with physicians, clinics, and community agencies participating in each child's care.
- Provide information to parents that enable them to make informed decisions for their child's progress.
- Current Massachusetts OT License.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Frequent movement within the classroom, including kneeling, bending, sitting, lifting, and positioning of students. Ability to lift 50 pounds alone, 51+ pounds with assistance. Ability to tolerate significant amounts of walking, standing, and sitting.
