Responsibilities
• Provide routine care and observe residents' health to identify any changes or concerns.
• Assist doctors and communicate instructions to residents regarding medication, home-based care, and preventative lifestyle changes.
• Help implement and evaluate care plans for individual residents.
• Maintain accurate records of residents' medical history and monitor their condition, including fluid intake and output.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, and monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate and document accidents or incidents, and provide emotional and psychological support to residents as needed.
• Communicate with residents' family or friends to provide advice, comfort, and release instructions.
