Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Certified Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide outstanding patient care and physical support on a daily basis. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with direction.

Duties:
* Provide exceptional patient care, including assisting with daily activities and personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
* Respond promptly to patient calls, determining the best course of action to address their needs.
* Assist patients or residents with physical activities such as walking, standing, or exercising, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
* Maintain accurate records of patient food and liquid intake, urinary and fecal output, and vital signs, reporting changes to medical staff as needed.
* Monitor patients for any issues requiring medical attention, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine, and report concerns to nursing staff immediately.

Requirements:
* State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
* Ability to think and work independently, with direction, and communicate effectively with staff members in a fast-paced environment
* Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
* High School graduate or equivalent
* Comfortable using a computer
* Excellent personal hygiene
