Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and the office staff.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities as outlined in their personalized care plans.
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers, utilizing lifting devices when necessary.
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry.
  • Conduct grocery shopping and run local errands.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Respect the privacy and dignity of each client.
  • Deliver one-on-one assistance in the comfort of clients' homes.
  • Provide medication reminders and perform other essential duties as specified in care plans.
