Position Overview:
Summary:
The Event Registration Specialist is responsible for a variety of check-in tasks, including uniform distribution, laundry management, badge tracking, and light administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome employees, non-profit groups, and third-party vendor staff at check-in stations.
2. Distribute uniforms according to established procedures and manage uniform returns post-event.
3. Launder uniforms and ensure they are ready for the next event.
4. Issue badges at check-in and collect them at check-out.
5. Monitor the staff call-out system.
6. Complete and organize necessary check-in documentation for each event.
7. Review end-of-night check-in paperwork and submit it to the HR Manager.
8. Process and prepare documents, including uniform and badge trackers, and Exhibit F forms.
9. Assist the management team in assembling event packets.
10. Troubleshoot issues related to office equipment.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
