They are responsible for the execution of all relevant risk programs, including Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, and Regulatory Compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable policies and procedures, fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, and making informed risk decisions. There is a strong emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification, and escalation, alongside sound risk decision-making aligned with the business unit's risk appetite and compliance requirements.

Compensation:
Base Salary - $200,000, with eligibility for a bonus.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking Programs or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Semiconductor sector within TMT
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A Master's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics
  • Investment banking experience, preferably in the Technology sector
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Understanding of business development: vision, strategies, and objectives
  • Knowledge of capital markets: deal execution processes and standards
  • Strong communication skills
Job Expectations:
  • Completion of Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam registration within 90 days of hire if not transferable
  • Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) within 90 days of hire if not transferable
  • Registration for FINRA Series 79 within 90 days of hire if not transferable
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
