Entertainment Host

Overview:

The Entertainment Ambassador is a key member of the Great Wolf Lodge team, responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. This role involves leading kids' activities, performing character appearances, and coordinating events that bring joy and excitement to our families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on activities and events for kids, including arts and crafts, games, and performances.
• Perform character appearances, including costume operation and non-verbal communication strategies.
• Act as a guide for characters, ensuring seamless interactions with guests.
• Participate in seasonal event activities and learn new programming multiple times a year.
• Assist the Entertainment team with inventory management and event setup.

Requirements:

• Comfortable speaking, dancing, and performing in front of large groups.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in entertainment, dance, or theater is a plus.
