Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Master's degree combined with HM Fellow satisfies all experience requirements
  • PMP - Certified Project Management Professional (PMI) preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job
  • Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members, and co-workers in a manner consistent with a customer service focus and application of positive language principles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct effective presentations
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive Sponsor, project team member, and internal relationships
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, intermediate word-processing and presentation software skills, and strong project and time management skills
