We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in a Clinic II role. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Perform basic patient care duties, including vital sign collection, weighing patients, and collecting specimens.
- Assist providers with examination and treatment of patients, as well as with procedures.
- Assist with patient flow through the clinic, answering phone calls and recording messages.
- Document patient information and assist with scheduling test appointments, results, and pre-certification.
- Administer medications and immunizations as ordered by providers.
- Clean and restock exam rooms, and maintain equipment according to policy.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including chart location, filing, and form completion.
- CERT LVN License in the state of employment or compact BLS certification.
