Your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining guest satisfaction by ensuring all kitchenware, including dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Keeping the dishwashing area and related facilities in pristine condition.
  • Ensuring all equipment is operational and reporting any maintenance issues to the management team.
  • Performing light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive demeanor towards guests and colleagues.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A basic understanding of sanitation procedures.
  • The ability to follow safety protocols, especially when handling hazardous materials.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements
This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. You may also be required to wear uniforms and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
