The State Department Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Facilities Team Leader to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the organization's facilities. Responsibilities for this role include supervising night cleaning contractors, performing various maintenance tasks, and ensuring building security. The position involves addressing and reporting major facility issues, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and responding to emergencies as needed. Additionally, the Facilities Team Leader will manage regular cleaning schedules for branch locations and undertake special projects, including semi-annual and annual cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Six months to two years of similar or related experience.

2. A high school education or GED.

3. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.

4. This position must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License.

5. Strong organizational and supervisory skills, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft computer principles.


Work hours are 4pm to 12am, Monday-Friday.
