Esposito Construction LLC is seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team in NJ. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete on various construction projects, ensuring consistency and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete on various construction projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Preparing job sites by cleaning and leveling areas for concrete placement.
  • Setting up, aligning, and securing forms to hold concrete during the pour, ensuring accuracy in dimensions.
  • Assisting with the installation of rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcements to strengthen concrete structures.
  • Operating and maintaining concrete mixers, vibrators, power trowels, and other equipment as needed.
  • Smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
  • Monitoring the concrete curing process to ensure proper hardening and prevent cracks or other issues.
  • Inspecting materials and equipment to ensure safety and functionality on the job site.
  • Collaborating with foremen and crew members to adhere to schedules and complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work in a team setting.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English both written and spoken.
  • Physically capable to work on your feet and lift/move material productively.
  • Must have a good pair of work boots.
  • OSHA 10 and/or 30 preferred.
