At Rendr, we're committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and we're seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and medical histories to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies, to support patient care.
  • Collaborate with ENT physicians to diagnose and treat a range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including sinus infections, hearing loss, and throat disorders.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures, including biopsies and ear wax removal, under the supervision of a licensed physician.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide patient education on their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
  • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Prior experience in ENT or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong clinical skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
