About the Role:

  • You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and preferences, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring from bed to chair or wheelchair.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Care for clients' physical and emotional needs, reporting any concerns or changes to our agency director or accounts manager.
  • Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic regulations and wearing a seatbelt when required.

About You:

  • You will possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service to our clients.
  • Have a minimum of six months experience in home care, preferably with a focus on assisting individuals with daily living tasks.
  • Hold current CPR certification and be able to work flexible hours as required to meet client needs.
  • Be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in your approach to care.
