We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Counsel to join our team at Michaelson Law. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for supporting senior attorneys in various legal matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.

**Salary Information**

We offer a competitive starting salary ($100,000 - $120,000 per year) plus bonus opportunities, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior litigation attorneys in various legal matters
  • Collaborate with clients to evaluate issues and claims
  • Draft correspondence to clients and opposing parties

Requirements:

  • J.D. degree from accredited law school
  • License to practice law in Nevada
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
